Pesto Sauce

Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups fresh basil
  • cup parmesan cheese
  • ¼ cup toasted pine nuts
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • cup olive oil
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 4 turns of fresh ground pepper

Instructions
 

  • Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth. Season to taste with more salt and pepper. Heat and serve over your favorite pasta.
    Makes ¾ cup.
