(Soft-boiled eggs on toast)
Toasted Sourdough Bread Sautéed Spinach Soft-Boiled Eggs (7 minute, jammy eggs) Chili oil Salt and Pepper
Saute the spinach with olive oil, lemon, and garlic. Pile on toasted sourdough.
Soft-boil eggs for seven minutes, and immediately place them in an ice bath. Peel and slice or place on top of spinach
Using a fork, break up the eggs or slice them.
Drizzle with chili oil and season with salt and pepper. Serve immediately.
