Place the ruby chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl.

Melt the chocolate in the microwave in 30-second intervals until smooth and shiny.

Spread the warm chocolate onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.

Add cranberries, pistachios, salt, and rose petals. Allow to cool at room temperature for at least 2 hours or cool in the fridge until set.
