A crunchy, cheesy spin for your morning eggs.
Crack 2 eggs into 2 separate bowls. Set aside. Heat a skillet on med-low. Add the oil and chili crisp. Spread evenly.
Add the parmesan cheese on top of the chili crisp. It will begin to sizzle.
Add the eggs one at a time, on top of the chili crisp. Leave the eggs undisturbed while they cook. Adjust the heat as needed.
Cook until the whites are set, the bottom is crispy, and the yolks are just about done, about 5-7 minutes.
