Traditional with citrus flavor
Combine the dry ingredients in a bowl.
Whisk the eggs and extracts in another bowl. Combine the flour and the egg mixture alternating with the melted butter.
Mix until combined. The batter will be thick. Fold in the zest of 2 lemons.
Drop by heaping tablespoons onto a pizzelle maker. Close the lid.
Cook as per manufacturer's directions until golden brown. Remove to a flat surface and allow to cool. Dust with powdered sugar.
