Champagne or Prosecco Lemonade Lemon slices Sugar

Step 1

Dry the lemon slices thoroughly with a paper towel. Sprinkle with sugar.

Using a kitchen torch, sweep the flame until the sugar begins to caramelize.

Pour the bubby into champagne glasses about 1/3 of the way. Top with lemonade and caramelized lemon.
