Step 1

Combine dry ingredients in a bowl (flour, salt , cinnamon, baking soda)

Combine, sugars, and eggs in a bowl and whisk away.

Step 3

Add the sour cream, vanilla, and mashed bananas to the egg mixture. Add the flour and stir to combine.

Step 4

Add pecans and fold into the batter. Bake for  6 minutes in 425F oven for 6 minutes. Lower the heat to 350F and continue cooking for 18-20 minutes.
