Christmas Panettone Bread Pudding

Ingredients

Italian Panettone Eggs Sugar Half and half Orange Zest Orange Liqueur (optional)

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 350F. Cut the panettone into 1-inch cubes. Place the cubes in a 9x13 baking pan.

In a medium bowl, whisk the eggs and sugar until combined.

Add the half and half, orange zest, and liqueur if using, and whisk again.

Step 4

Add the egg mixture to the pan with the panettone, submerging the cubes. Let stand for 10 minutes. Bake for 50-60 minutes until golden brown and set. Serve warm or at room temperature.
